Clients often ask if we have gotten a new floor in the lobby of the clinic. The conscientious efforts of Dale Carter keep CRAC looking ultra clean. Dale has been overseeing the CRAC kennel operations and sanitizing the facility for over five years. It seems he is always there when needed-holding the big dogs at bay, mopping up accidents and keeping CRAC client-ready!

Dale’s after hours stay full of family, as the Dad of seven and Grandpa to ten adorable grandchildren. And, oddly enough, one of his favorite pastimes is detailing cars, specifically his white "Caddy!" As hard as he works at CRAC-scrubbing the floor on his hands and knees, yes, indeed!-just having time off is pleasure enough for Dale.

Technician Assistant

Jessica Wilson, affectionately nicknamed by a CRAC client as "Tinkerbell," became a part-time CRAC employee in 2008, through the "Clinical Rotation Study" class during her junior year at Rowlett High School. Following her 2009 graduation, she has been attending Richland Community College, while assisting in the tech and kennel areas at CRAC. Her future plans include transferring to a university and earning a Masters Degree in visual arts and music education.

Although hobbies take a back seat to work and study, Jessica relishes time spent playing the piano, singing, and just hanging out with her family, friends and with her boyfriend, Jacob. A creative and playful young person, she even named her Honda Civic, "Stefani"-so let’s add "cruising" to her list of "fav" activities! Obviously an animal lover, too, she calls her cat, "Snowdrop," one of her best friends!
